With MijnHostingPartner.nl as your webhost you can expect a high level of service. Through our chat and ticket system we try to help you as good as possible with all your hosting questions. However, we remain a webhoster and are no web builders. We understand that some customers may need a little extra help.

That's why we have created a number of extra services under the guise of Total Support! When you have a problem with your website or other settings that fall outside our standard services, you can call on our Total Support.

With the relocation service we move your website. If you want more information about this you can check this page.

With our free relocation service is a standard 1 domain name included, if you have a second domain name within your package to move then the above costs.

If you have requested an upgrade from a Total package to a Total package SSD, all data must be moved to a server with SSD technology. By default, we expect you to make a backup of all your data and upload it after the upgrade. If you want us to do this for you, the above costs apply. It can also be the case that under one controlpanel account there are multiple packages and these need to be separated (separate controlpanel accounts). If you want us to do this for you then these costs will apply.

If your website is slow or sometimes even hacked by malicious people then site doctor Lex can help you! Lex will check your website and find out what the problem is. Like an outdated version of a CMS or the use of insecure code. We will fix this and make your website work again.

At MijnHostingPartner.nl we have extensive articles for almost every mail program and operating system. Thanks to our extensive documentation it can hardly go wrong. If you still have problems with this or want us to check/perform this for you, we offer the service to do this for you.

With a WordPress website you can sometimes have problems with the speed. This can cause annoyance for yourself or your visitors. Therefore it is essential that your WordPress hosting is as fast as possible. MijnHostingPartner.nl has extensive experience with this and can optimize your website for a good result.

For many Content Management Systems we also have an article in the knowledge base. If you can't get it working with the Web app gallery or the knowledge base, we can also set up a bare installation for you. This will give you the canvas to create a beautiful website!

With Lets Encrypt you can activate a free SSL certificate on your website. This will ensure that you get the familiar lock in the browser bar. To install this on your website there may be a few extra steps involved. For this we have extensive articles in the knowledge base. If you do not know or do not feel like delving into this we can also do this for you.

In the Total package a maximum of 5 TLD (Top Level Domain Names) can be added. For changing a domain name (replacing an old domain name with a new one) there are costs involved. If you would like the old website to work on a new domain name within the Total Package, then a number of things need to be changed within the website. Like the database and some links. This we also do for this amount.

We also have the possibility to move an email box to our email hosting. Email moving is done with as much care as possible to prevent what is lost. However, we can never 100% guarantee this, it depends on too many factors. To move the email we need the mailaccount with the password and the necessary server information such as webmail address and IMAP data. After this we transfer the email address to our servers.
