Urgent update to MySQL 12 and 13 servers

Dear Customer,

The restoration work is also being done today and in doing so we are restoring database by database within the new servers. This will take some time as you might understand, and we would like to thank you for your patience.

We will try to restore your database as soon as possible, so please make a ticket to the helpdesk, in which you mention the following:

The name of the database
The username of the database
The MySQL server you are on, 12 or 13

Dear Customer,

Emergency maintenance is required on the MySQL 12 and 13 servers due to downtime which is currently occurring, the databases are being migrated to new servers and will be transferred directly to MySQL 8 (the version not the server).

This may cause inconvenience if you are on the affected MySQL server, we try to complete this as soon as possible. If your website is down because of this and you are using MySQL 12 or 13 please report this via a ticket to the helpdesk. We will inform you as soon as possible about further developments.
