Resolved: Failure on some servers

Update:

The outage has been completely resolved. The following servers were affected by the outage:

S031
S032
S041

The remaining servers:

S015 through S030
S033 through S040
S042 through S044

Were not affected by the outage.

The cause was a hardware failure, both the spare and main unit gave the same problem. In consultation with the hardware manufacturer a newer version was installed immediately. Because of this the work took longer than planned.

The problem has been resolved, we are making the final adjustments. Within half an hour these servers will be back online.

Update:

The outage is bigger than expected. We have found the cause and are fixing it. This will take more time than expected.
We expect to be back up and running with these servers by 14:00.
