Completed: Major Maintenance Web Servers, SQL Servers and Mail Servers: 03-07 on 04-07

At 02:00 all work mentioned in the announcement below has been successfully completed and reported ready. All services are working again as they should.

Due to unforeseen circumstances it is very likely that during the night of 04-07 on 05-07 the (web)mail will be difficult to reach for approximately half an hour.

Please keep an eye on the announcements for possible updates.

Questions about the maintenance can be asked via the ticket system or via the online chat on our website. On weekdays during office hours our helpdesk staff is almost always available to answer your questions.

Wednesday night from 03-07 to 04-07-2013 there will be work on the following web servers:

S026, S027, S065, S067, S068, S072, S073, S074, S075, S077, S078, S079, S080, S081, MySQL3, MySQL4, MySQL6

Besides the servers mentioned above, the mail server and the control panel will also be temporarily unavailable. Please take this into account.

The web servers will be unavailable for a relatively short period. The work will start around midnight (00:00). We will try to finish the work as soon as possible and will inform you via the announcements when it is finished. If you have any questions about this you can reach us via the online chat or ticket system.
