Major Maintenance - Internal relocation TC4 during the night of February 2 to 3

Dear Customer,

Due to unforeseen circumstances, we were unable to carry out the work planned for the night of 26 to 27 January. In short, nothing happened last weekend and we had to postpone the move as well as the major maintenance to next weekend. This means thatÃ'Â the work that was planned last weekend will now be carried out during the night of 2 to 3 February.

Because it involves a physical move of our server park, we cannot escape having to shut down our servers for a number of hours. To minimize the inconvenience to you, we will initiate the relocation in the night of Saturday 2 to Sunday 3 February. Gradually, starting at 23:00, all servers will be shut down one by one. During this time, the websites will not be visible and you will not be able to use the mail facilities. You do not have to worry that your mail will be lost. Mail that is offered during this time will be offered again at a later time.

During this move we will also use this time to perform major maintenance on our servers. This way we kill two birds with one stone.

The goal is to be fully online around 05:00 in the morning of February 3rd. We will inform you of the progress via the announcements.
