Major Maintenance - Internal relocation during the night of Jan. 26-27

Dear Customer,

Due to the explosive growth that we have experienced in recent years, we are forced to expand our server park. This is no longer possible at our current location in TeleCity 4, which means that we have to move internally to a location where we do have these expansion possibilities.

Because it involves a physical relocation of our server park, we cannot avoid shutting down our servers for a number of hours. To minimize the inconvenience for you, we will start the relocation in the night of Saturday January 26th to Sunday January 27th. Gradually, starting at 23:00, all servers will be shut down one by one. During this time, the websites will not be visible and you will not be able to use the mail facilities. You do not have to worry that your mail will be lost. Mail that is offered during this time will be offered again at a later time.

During this move we will also use this time to perform major maintenance on our servers. This way we kill two birds with one stone.

The goal is to be fully online around 05:00 in the morning of January 27th. We will inform you of the progress via the announcements.
