Mail outage (resolved)

Good morning dear customer,

The mail outage is over again (05-06-2023 11:42). A process got stuck causing the CPU usage to be so high that other services crashed.

All systems are now working normally again.

At this moment (05-06-2023 11:20) there is a mail outage going on. Our staff is working hard to resolve this as soon as possible.

Both the webmail and other mail facilities are currently limited to unavailable.

As soon as more is known we will communicate this.
