Dear customer,
After the last update of our mail software, a number of bugs had crept in. The supplier of this software has released a new version in which these bugs have been fixed. Tonight (25-08-2015/26-08-2015) our technical staff will install this update. During this period there will be no or limited mail traffic. It is still unknown how long this update will take but we will try to limit the inconvenience as much as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
Mail offered during the downtime will be offered to the server again at a later time. In case of a timeout the sender will be notified and asked to try again later.
If you have any questions regarding this update you can always check if someone is available on the chat via our website. If the chat is offline, you can always create a ticket under your customer panel account.
