I still see the My Hosting Partner page listed

When you have uploaded your files, it may be that by default the page of MHP is still displayed.

You can solve this by deleting the file: default.htm using a ftp client or the filemanager in the control panel.
Here is an example using the file manager in the control panel:


After this your page will appear, if this is not the case you can refresh the page by pressing CTRL + F5 several times.
