Restoring / backing up an MS SQL Database
Backing up an MSSQL database can be done easily in the control panel you must first be logged into the control panel. Then click on the MSSQL version that you have at your disposal.
Then click on the corresponding database.
Then click on maintenance tools. To make a backup press backup. When you click here a file will appear that you can download.
To restore click on restore.
Then select your local file and click on open.
