Magento installation - Web app

This article explains how to install Magento on the website via the Web app gallery.
To install Magento you need the login details of the control panel, these details you received during the activation of your package.

Before installing Magento, check the active PHP version and check it against the specifications indicated on the Magento site.

You go to the following URL: https:
//control.mijnhostingpartner.nl/Vervolgens log in with your details and select the Web app Gallery from the main menu.
After this enter in the search box "Magento" and click on installYou
will come to the following screen:






Here you press Next, it will download the installation package to your hosting space. This may take a while.

When this process is complete press next, after this you come to the following screen:





You fill in the data here, the option is there to use an existing database or an existing one. The choice is yours.
Then you press Install, after this the necessary files are installed.
In the next screen you press Launch Magento. Here the installation is completed.




You come in the browser now on the following screen:



Here is the language and currency settings to finalize. When you have set this you can press continue to continue.
In this screen you set the database issues, this will already be largely filled. The other options can be set to your liking.








When the data has been entered you can press continue again to continue with the installation.
In the last screen of the installation you only have to enter the admin data. This will be the data you use to log into the backend.





After clicking on the next button in the previous screen you will be redirected to the Frontend or Backend, we choose the Backend.



Here you can log in with the newly created data and start developing the website. The installation is now complete.
