Displaying error messages in Magento

This article explains how you can turn on error messages in your Magento site.

You log into the control panel and go to the file manager or open your hosting space in an ftp client of your choice.
Then you go to the following directory:

wwwroot/errors




Here you change the file local.xml.sample to > local.xmlAfter that,

the error messages are displayed on the appropriate page.
If you have any further questions, you can always see if there is someone on the online chat.
Or you can create a ticket for this in the customer panel.
