wysiwyg webbuilder publish via ftp gives error 12003

If you run Windows 8 / Windows 8.1 and publish a website using the wysiwyg webbuilder and the error message 12003 appears, the problem lies with the latest Windows version. Meanwhile wysiwyg has built in a solution for this in their latest version(s) of the webbuilder 9.1.2 + & 8.5.9 +. when you have updated this to the latest version you must set the ftp engine to "winsock" and this goes as follows:

1. On the menu, click Tools2
. In the menu, click Options3
. Click in the menu on Publish & Preview 4.
Set the FTP engine to 'winsock'5.
Save these settings and then run the Publish again.
