Strange characters in URLs

Using foreign characters in URLs of your site is not advisable and not supported. This is also caught by the firewall.
There are standards for URLs called RFC 1808 and 3986 (Relative URL Syntax) that establish the correct syntax, going outside of this is blocked by the firewall.
