How do I place an order if I am already a customer?


This article explains how an existing customer can order additional products and domains.
In this example we will order a total package including a domain name. The first step is to log into the customer panel via the following link.
After logging in you can go to the Home page , once you are here you can choose from the products we offer. For the specifications of the different packages you can look here .

If you want to add a domain only to an existing package:
- Go through the ordering process for the Domain only package. In the comments of the order you can place the following:
"Please place under existing package (Name package)

Here you fill in the domain name you want to register. If you want to transfer your domain to us, select the checkbox "I want to transfer my domain to MijnHostingPartner".
After the name is entered you can go to the next screen. Here is the option to select which payment cycle you want to use.
By default this is set to yearly. You can then go to the next screen again.

In the next screen you will see the extra options that can be ordered with the package, for example an SSL certificate.
You can read this and at the bottom of the screen you can go to the next screen.

Here you will see the costs added up. You can choose whether you want to pay immediately or if you want to add more packages. After this your data will be filled out automatically, you will go directly to the invoice.

Once the invoice is paid the order will be processed, after this your package is visible in the control panel and you can start working with it.
