Can I change my WHOIS information myself?

Unfortunately it is not possible to change the whois data yourself despite the fact that the customer panel might suggest this (see also the screenshot). Changing the holder data is a manual action at the registry where costs are involved.

The cost of changing the WHOIS data is €10.00 excluding VAT.

If you want to change the WHOIS data you can report this to us via the ticket system. We will then create the order for you.
