Email setup - IOS 10 iPad/iPhone
Check your email address on the following link before performing the following steps:
https://webmail.mijnhostingpartner.nl
1) You go to settings -> Mail .
2) Select otherwise
3) Add mail account
4) Enter your data, this is your email address and password.
5) Enter the email settings, this is again your name and email address.
Other server settings are always:
imap.mijnhostingpartner.nl
smtp.mijnhostingpartner.nl
In combination with your email address and password.
Note that after this you get the message that here can not yet be logged in, this is correct you need the following steps to perform!
6) Check the settings and press advanced.
7) Enter the port 143 and check if SSL is enabled for incoming traffic.
Repeat the previous steps for outgoing traffic.
Outgoing settings should be set to the following:
Host: smtp.mijnhostingpartner.nl
Username
: email address
Password: password of email account
Use SSL: Yes
Identity Check: Password
Server Port
: 25 26 or 587
If you are unable to set up your email account then we ask you to take screenshots of both your incoming traffic and outgoing traffic. Then we can check this for you.
