What is pushMail?
Pushmail is an email that, when received on the mail server, is forwarded directly to a mobile device such as a Tablet or Smartphone.
So you never have to check if there are still mails in your mailbox. As soon as they arrive on the server you will get a notification on all your devices. And when you read it on 1 device it automatically synchronizes with all the others.
Pushmail means nothing else that when there is a change in your mailbox you immediately see the change on your Smartphone or Tablet.
Is there a message received in your mailbox then you see this message directly on your smartphone or tablet.
It also works the other way around. If you make an appointment in your calendar on your phone, then this appointment is also directly in your mailbox.
MailPushmail
is an email protocol that works differently than POP or IMAP or Exchange. This is a way of having email directly in your inbox when it is sent. The Push settings work so that every message sent is right in the inbox. They don't have to "Listen" for new messages like IMAP or POP have to. This is obviously a big advantage when you depend on your email as a company or individual. Push mail is mainly easy with collaboration between multiple devices like your Tablet or Smartphone. For someone who is on the road a lot it is nice to have all your mails immediately and not have to wait for synchronization.
Calendar
With pushmail it is also possible to make optimal use of your calendar on all your devices. With IMAP or POP you only have the possibility to use your calendar on one device. With pushmail you also have your calendar on all your devices at the same time. This way you always have access to your appointments and notes.
Your favorite applications can be used to set your email and calendar, so you have the freedom to use your favorite app whether it is Gmail Bluemail or Outlook.
When you want to activate pushmail under your account you only need to indicate this in a ticket. The rest we arrange for you.
