421 Server is busy, try again later

It is possible that when you use our hosting you get the error message "421 Server is busy, try again later". Ifyou get this error message then there is a big chance that your IP address is on a blockage. This canhave several causes, some causes are listed below.

1) Sending newsletters or mass mail, the limit for this is not more than 25 senders in 1 message and not more than 100 SMTP connections per 10 minutes.

2) Sending spam mails.

3) More than 100 SMTP connections in 10 minutes, this is most likely to happen if your mail account has been misused.

When this is the case you need to create a ticket to the helpdesk with your external ip address. You can find this out on the next page: External ip.

We will then check if your IP address is actually on a blacklist and remove it. However, there are still a few steps you need to take yourself.

1) Scan your local pc for malware, this can be done with for example Malware bytes. If you have Malware on your pc then you should remove it.

2) Then you need to change the passwords of your mail accounts you can use our Random Password Generator.
