Email box sharing
When you want to share an Email account with multiple accounts you can set this up in the following way.
The first step is to set up the email accounts, if you have not done so yet you can create the email account in the following way: How do I create an email address?
Next is to log into the webmail and select the folder you want to share.
Click your right mouse button and click Edit Linked Folder.
Here click on share and then tick mutual sharing.
After this fill in the desired user with the desired rights.
The person you share the mailbox with will also receive a confirmation in their mailbox.
If you have further questions you can always check if someone is present on the online chat.
Or you can create a ticket in the customer panel.
