Many settings can be made via the customer panel, but there are also some things that we are gradually integrating into the overall panel. These are: Email accounts, creating websites, creating databases and users, creating FTP accounts. So do these things via the customer panel and preferably no longer via the control panel.

After you have created the order and completed the payment, it may take some time for the system to fully process your request.

The control panel can only be activated once the domain name has been registered or the transfer has been completed. This is because the domain name is fully interwoven with the control panel. We are partially dependent on the party that assigns the domain names.

The control panel password and activation can therefore take some time after the administrative processing of the registration. From 5 minutes to days, depending on the extension.

If you still have not received your control panel details by the end of the day, please create a ticket in the customer panel. We will then try to process your request as quickly as possible. It is also possible to send the control panel data via the customer panel:
