New webmail

For next week we have something fun planned, we are going to install the new webmail of SmarterMail! This is a major update that gives the appearance a big facelift and the user interface completely different. There will also be new features that MijnHostingPartner.nl thinks will be used a lot. We would like to introduce you to the features below.

Webmail clientAs

mentioned the webmail client has been taken in hand. It is now faster to use and works just a bit easier without much searching. You can use the webmail client on any device. It is now mobile-ready and moves with your screen. All you need to use the webmail is an internet connection.

Group chatGroup

chat was already hidden in the previous version of SmarterMail but did not work optimally. The chat is now so extensive that you can use it with a team of 2 to 200. The chat is private and encrypted for secure communication. This allows you to record a dialogue with multiple colleagues and collaborate on projects. The chat can be used in virtually any desktop or mobile XMPP or Jabber client.

Team workplacesIn addition to

the chat for live communication, there is now also a standard live video chat capability. So you no longer need to start up Skype when you want to consult with your colleagues, friends or family. This works within a few clicks and you have the person in front of you on your screen. Besides video calling, there are also interactive whiteboard and file sharing options.

Calendar sharingWith

the standard agenda of SmarterMail users can share contacts, calendar, tasks and notes with each other. This allows you to work well together with all your employees and keep it organized. It can also be set in Outlook to easily have everything in one environment if you find it more pleasant to work with.
