Dear Customer,
We are getting multiple reports since today that the layout of the webmail is mutilated. This is due to an unannounced template change from the software supplier. An update will be installed which will solve these problems. At this moment you can solve the problem by clearing your browser cache. You can do this in the following way:
For Chrome, FireFox, Internet Explorer empty the cache by going to the page (webmail.mijnhostingpartner.nl) and pressing CTRL + F5 (key) several times.
For Mac (Safari) you need to press and hold the COMMAND button and the 'r' key simultaneously for a longer period of time. The image will then flicker and eventually jump to the correct layout.
You will probably have to repeat the above once you have logged in. This is because this chache also needs to be refreshed.
