Resolved: Server Down with IP Address 84.246.4.156 (14:00)

Update 15:15 -> The first sites will come back up any minute now. The outage is now expected to be resolved fairly quickly.

Update16:40 -> Most sites have now been migrated to the new server.

Update21:00 -> All sites whose control panel usernames start with the letters a to l should now be working again. If this is not the case, please create a ticket in the customer panel. The rest of the sites will come online in the coming hours.

Update 00:00 -> Most sites should now be working again, but there are still a number of sites that need to be looked at individually. Our technical staff will continue to work all night to get these sites up and running as well.

Update 09:00 (17-03) -> All sites should now be working again. We have checked them randomly for errors. If a site is still not working we ask you to create a ticket. We will then respond as soon as possible.

FTP is not working yet! This will be activated again during the morning/afternoon.

Update 14:00 -> The outage has been resolved. A few sites may still require specific attention, but we will be happy to hear about it via the ticket system. Also FTP should be working again.

Since this morning one of our servers with ip address 84.246.4.156 is down.

Initially the outage did not seem too serious, but in the end there was more to it than we initially thought.

Our technical staff is working hard to solve the problem. Nevertheless, the services on this server will not be fully functional again until the end of the afternoon.

We apologize for the inconvenience and will try to solve the problem as soon as possible.
