Maintenance mail servers 30-09-2015 - 01-10-2015

Dear customer,

Due to last night's maintenance on our mail servers, which was successful, all mail data still needs to be indexed/synchronized. It is therefore possible that you are missing messages in your mail. These will be placed back automatically. No data has been lost. However, because it concerns all mail files of all our customers the indexing takes longer than expected. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Dear customer,

During the night from September 30 to October 1 we will perform maintenance on our mailservers. During this time no mail traffic will be possible. We try to keep the maintenance window as small as possible. The work will start around 00:15 and end around 03:00.

An update will be given on this announcement as soon as our work is completed.
