Maintenance - Upgrade mail servers October 21-22

Dear Customer,
On Wednesday 21 October we will be performing maintenance on our mail servers. This work will start at 23:00. The maintenance will last until 04:00.
As of 23:00 this will have an impact on:
- Webmail availability
- Exchange services
No mail will be lost.
A new version will be installed with performance and new features. Because this is a major upgrade all mailboxes will have to be re-indexed. In the first phase all mailboxes will be upgraded to the requirements so everything will be back online quickly.
In the background the mailboxes will be re-indexed, this has consequences for:
- Speed webmail
- Search mail history
The expectation is that the indexing will be completed by Wednesday/Thursday.
