Large-scale abuse of mail accounts - resolved

Dear Customer,

Fortunately, the malfunction/attack is under control. It turned out that a lot of customers were using passwords that were much too easy. We have informed the customers concerned and have also made adjustments to the system in order to prevent this kind of 'attack' in the future.

Dear Customer,

At this moment several mailaccounts are abused on a large scale to send spam. This happens in such a way that we speak of a coordinated attack on our mail servers. Because of this the mailspooler is getting full and at this moment mail traffic is delayed. At this moment our technicians are working hard to counteract this failure/attack. We expect our mail servers to be back to normal soon.

No mail is lost. Mail is only delivered with a delay.
