Failure Switch in Telecity causes temporary downtime of 5 minutes (2x)

Due to the failure of a main switch at the supplier, a complete range of ip addresses at our data center in Telecity has been down twice for a period of about five minutes. This is not a problem that was caused by MijnHostingPartner.nl but by the supplier who manages the switch in the data center. What exactly caused this downtime is still under investigation.
