File gives not found message on my site even though it exists.

Sometimes it can happen that a file gives a not found message on your website. These are usually files with a certain extension like for example .mp4 .mp3 .docx .xlsx

To make these files work you can add a MIME type in your control panel. The correct MIME type can be found via google by doing a search for example: MIME type .mp3

Once you have found the MIME type go to websites in the control panel -> click on the domain name -> click on the MIME type tab -> click on Add MIME.
Here you first enter the extension and then the MIME type, then click on "update" at the bottom and the MIME type is added to the website.
