Failed to connect to MySQL using password YES

In MySQL workbench the following message may appear when you first try to connect to your database. This message means that your password or username is incorrect. Check this by resetting the password in the control panel under user. Then copy this to notepad to make sure there are no hidden characters attached. And try to log in to mysqlwebadmin.co.uk with the same credentials. After you have logged in once within PHPmyAdmin then you can try again to connect.

Please make sure that you connect with the database username and the correct password. You can see the username at MySQL -> Users (see screenshot 2).
