How quickly will my questions be answered?
Almost all requests are processed on the same day (even at weekends). We try to process all requests within 4 hours, on weekends this can take a little longer.
Sometimes questions are asked that are not directly related to our hosting, but to the functioning, or rather non-functioning, of the website you are working on. It is almost always something that has not been set up or transferred correctly by the customer. These are issues that we then have to get to the bottom of.
Sometimes it is like looking for a needle in a haystack and it is therefore unrealistic to expect us to solve such issues immediately. We try to serve you as quickly as possible, but sometimes an answer takes a little longer. We hope you will understand this.
Additional costs may be incurred for more extensive work, as we also have to spend time on this. Before we start this work and charge additional costs, we will always let you know in the ticket and ask whether we agree to this and what the costs might be.
The invoice will then be issued and once paid, the work will be carried out. We will always ask you to indicate on the ticket when the invoice has been paid. We also offer you the option of Total Support, which you can request via the ticket system.
