How do I reset my customer panel password?

If you follow this steps you can reset the password of your customer panel.

Proceed as follows:

You try to log in with your data but this is not possible.


Press on forgotten password.



Then in the next screen enter the email address you use for this account. Press confirm.


Then you will receive the following mail :


Press the link in the mail to be able to reset the password. Do you come out on the following screen :



Fill in a good password to secure/reset your account. Then click on save changes to make this happen.
