Restore password of a mail account:



1. You log into the customer panel and go to my products:

Select the domain name for which you want to restore the email address and navigate through:

Enter the password you want to set, or generate one right here using a random string. This will allow you to quickly set up a good password.

Note: The password must contain the following criteria:
- Contains a minimum of 10 characters
- Contains a maximum of 24 characters
- Minimum of two uppercase letters
- Minimum of two lowercase letters
- Minimum of two digits
- Minimum of two foreign characters (!@#$%).
- Is not directly traceable to yourself (age or license plate number)
- A maximum of 5 logins may be attempted in 1 hour.

Click Save at the bottom.

Once you have done this your mail account information has been updated.
