Automatically clean up Inbox

Within the webmail you can set it up so that deleted messages are automatically deleted. This way you can prevent your mailbox from getting too big and keep your mailbox clean.
You log in to the webmail at the following link:

the cog icon and select settings -> automatic deletion.






You go to the Rules tab and select "New Rule"



Here you will see the options you can add, you can review these options further for your needs. However here we select the Deleted Items folder from the drop down menu.
Type date -> 30 days.



The last step is to save the changes
