Website at Jimdo hosting mail at MijnHostingPartner

Several people use Jimdo to create and then host their website, but would still like to use our mail service and domain name registration. This is of course possible, the best thing for new customers is then to select or order an email package for this. For existing customers this can simply be continued.

It is then important not to make the Nameserver forward this, but instead to modify and process the CNAME record. Then you will still be able to use the Email from MijnHostingPartner.nl and the Domain Name registration remains on our side.

Make sure you have access to both the client panel and Jimdo and ours, and navigate to the DNS zone records. You do this through the customer panel My Domains -> select domain -> DNS zone records tab and then press the domain name in question again.
