Does MijnHostingPartner make a backup of my website?
MijnHostingPartner.nl does not backup your hosting space, we make complete server image backups. No individual space backups.You are responsible for backing up your data.
Nowadays it is also possible that you let us make the backups. We then make an individual backup of your entire hosting space + database. We will make a backup of your files and database once a day. You can request this further via our ticket system. The costs are €24.00 euro per year excluding VAT.
It is possible to restore or provide a backup, but this will take some time.
So we also charge you for this if you have not made your own backup.

Then you can create a ticket in the customer panel this way.
After that the costs will be determined and an invoice will be prepared for you under the customer panel account.
After payment, the work will be performed and once this is completed you will receive an update on the ticket that was created for this purpose.
To save yourself costs and worries you can create a complete space backup within a few clicks. It is also possible to create a scheduled tasks in the following way.
With a scheduled tasks you do not have to worry about it. Keep in mind that backups also take up space on the hosting space.
If you have a larger site it is advisable to save it locally once in a while before cleaning the space.
We can also restore a backup from one of our server images, the costs for this are € 150.00 EX VAT. If you would like to use this service you can request it through our ticket system.
