You first need to log into the control panel you will see several icons.Then you can click on Scheduled Tasks and then on Add Scheduled Task.After this you will see a screen with a lot of information, first you need to set the Task Type to Backup.
When you do this you can set the path to where the backup will be made, it is further recommended that you do this outside of your wwwroot.The reason for this is that if you back up your wwwroot folder and put it in your wwwroot folder you are actually backing up previous backups.If you do this then the size of the backup will also increase very quickly in your hosting.
